Check-In time is as of 4pm and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

Personal details requested on booking are for our ‘sole’ use and are not passed on to any 3rd party except where we make enquires for and on your behalf at another establishment.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain suitable Travel Insurance to provide suitable cover in the event of cancellation.

Refunds are not provided in the event of early check-outs.

We require a minimum stay of 2 days in order to make a reservation.

During High Season a minmum of 4 nights is required.

Changes to guest names should be notified to de Kolonel / BnBAssist proprietors at the earliest opportunity and may constitute a new reservation or, if we lack appropriate facilities for any new reservation, may be declined and our Cancellation Policy will apply.

Cancellations made 60 or more days before check in date will be free.

Cancellations made in between 60 days and check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the booking.

No shows will incur 100% charge of the booking.

In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5% as payment processing charges.
